Universal Instruments' Technical Support specialists help customers achieve the highest level of productivity possible on all Universal equipment through telephone, email, and additional support tools. Technical support is offered free of charge for all equipment with active support status. For products designated as inactive (discontinued), please contact your local service office. To determine whether or not your equipment set contains active products, view the Product Support Status list or contact one of our technical support specialists. Second-user equipment is also eligible for technical support through our Second User License Transfer and Machine Support Policy. Premium technical support can be purchased as part of a support continuance program for active products. Also available for your use are Knowledge Base Troubleshooting Guides for our GSM Platform, HSP, and through hole products. To use these guides, register at MyUniversal. In addition, machine documentation is available through our online document archive.
