The Jumper Wire 88 inserts wire from bulk input packages into printed circuit boards. The JW 88 delivers high throughput in a compact footprint, reaching 33,000 cph (0.109 seconds/insertion). The JW 88 can insert a wide range of wire spans without changing tooling.

The simple-to-use, operator environment provides machine operation functionality, diagnostic support, management data, and a graphical product editor for easy pattern generation and maintenance. Commonality with other Generation 8-series equipment simplifies training, operation and maintenance.
