Universal Instruments’ Jumper Wire Inserter 8HS provides outgoing board quality levels of 75ppm or better with high insertion speed and zero wire scrap, providing superior reliability and price performance.
The Jumper Wire 8HS inserts wire from bulk input packages into printed circuit boards. The JW 8HS delivers high throughput in a compact footprint, reaching 32,500 cph (0.11 seconds/insertion). The JW 8HS can insert a wide range of wire spans without changing tooling.
The simple-to-use, operator environment provides machine operation functionality, diagnostic support, management data, and a graphical product editor for easy pattern generation and maintenance. Commonality with other Generation 8-series equipment simplifies training, operation and maintenance.
