Radial Component Sequencing and Insertion

After years of setting the standard for radial sequencing and insertion performance, the Radial 8XT offers consistent, high throughput, regardless of component type, with insertion spans from 2.5/5.0mm (Radial 8XT Dual-Span) to 2.5/5.0/7.5mm (Radial 8XT Triple-Span). At an insertion speed of 21,000 cph (0.17 seconds/insertion), new features boost throughput while improving reliability and flexibility. Component changeover is minimized with over 100 available inputs on the expandable sequencer. An intuitive operator interface that is common with other Generation 8 equipment offers easy operation, diagnostics, data management, and a graphical product editor.
