Bevier Street (Lawson Building) Directions

From Kirkwood South to the Lawson Building:

• Turn right out of the Kirkwood South parking lot and continue past the Kirkwood North facility.


• Take the first left after the Kirkwood North driveway.


• At the first traffic light (Colesville Road), turn right. Follow to Route 17W / Interstate 81N.


• Continue on 17W / 81N to Exit 3 (Broad Avenue).


• At the bottom of the exit, turn right.


• At the stoplight, turn left.


• Universal is the first building on the left; use the first driveway.

From Kirkwood North to the Lawson Building:

• Turn left out of the upper parking lot at Kirkwood North.


• Take the first left.


• At the first traffic light (Colesville Road), turn right.


• Follow Route 17W / Interstate 81N to Exit 3 (Broad Avenue).


• At the bottom of the exit, turn right.


• At the stoplight, turn left.


• Universal is the first building on the left; use the first driveway.

From Conklin South to the Lawson Building:

• From the parking lot, turn right onto Corporate Parkway and continue to the traffic light. Go straight.


• Follow signs to Interstate 81N.


• Follow Interstate 81N to Exit 3 (Broad Avenue).


• At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right.


• At the stoplight, turn left.


• Universal is the first building on the left; use the first driveway.

From Binghamton Regional Airport to the Lawson Building:

• From the airport, go straight down the hill on Airport Road, about 7 miles.


• Under the highway, take the first ramp onto Route 17E.


• Route 17 merges with Interstate 81 at about Exit 5, get into the middle lane.


• Bear right heading toward Interstate 81S / Route 17E.


• Stay in the middle right lane and take Exit 4N Route7N (Hillcrest).


• Take the first exit (Bevier Street).


• Turn right at the bottom of the ramp.


• Universal is the second building on the right; use the third driveway.

From Interstate 81S (Syracuse) to the Lawson Building:

• Interstate 81S becomes four lanes past Exit 5; move into middle left lane.


• Bear left, toward Interstate 81S / Route 17E


• The highway becomes four lanes. Move into the middle right lane.


• Stay in the middle right lane and take Exit 4N (Route 7N, Hillcrest).


• Take the first exit (Bevier Street).


• At the bottom of the ramp (Bevier Street), turn right.


• Universal is the second building on the right; use the third driveway.

From Route 17E (Elmira/Endicott) to the Lawson Building:

• Route 17 merges with Interstate 81 at about Exit 5; get into the middle lane.


• Bear right toward Interstate 81S / Route 17E.


• Stay in the middle right lane and take Exit 4N (Route 7N, Hillcrest).


• Take the first exit (Bevier Street).


• At the bottom of the ramp (Bevier Street), turn right.


• Universal is the second building on the right; use the third driveway..

From Interstate 81N or Route 17W (New York City or Scranton) to the Lawson Building:

• Route 17 and Interstate 81 merge outside Binghamton.


• From this merged highway, take Exit 3 (Broad Avenue).


• At the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto Braod Avenue.


• Stay in the middle right lane and take Exit 4N (Route 7N, Hillcrest).


• At the stoplight, turn left (Bevier Street).


• Universal is the first building on the left; use the first driveway.
