Kirkwood South (KSouth) Directions

From the Lawson Building to Kirkwood South:

• Turn right out of the Lawson Building driveway.


• At the stoplight, turn right onto Broad Avenue.


• Turn left onto the onramp just after the highway overpass (about 1/4 mile), to Route 17E / Interstate 81S.


• Continue about 3 miles..


• Take Exit 3, Industrial Park.


• At the traffic light at the bottom of the ramp, go straight.


• At the stop sign, turn right.


• Follow the curving road; the third driveway on the left is Kirkwood South.

From Kirkwood North to Kirkwood South:

• Turn right out of the upper exit from the Kirkwood North parking lot.


• Follow the road as it curves to the right.


• The third driveway on the left is Kirkwood South.

From Conklin South to Kirkwood South:

• From the Conklin South parking lot, turn right onto Corporate Parkway and continue to the traffic light.


• At the traffic light, go straight.


• Follow the signs to Interstate 81N..


• Take Exit 2W, Industrial Park.


• At the first traffic light, turn right onto Colesville Road.


• At the second traffic light turn right.


• At the stop sign, turn right.


• Follow the curving road; the third driveway on the left is Kirkwood South.

From Binghamton Regional Airport to Kirkwood South:

• From the airport, go straight down the hill on Airport Road, about 7 miles.


• After the highway overpass bear right onto Route 17E.


• Route 17 merges with Interstate 81 at about Exit 5 (Front Street), continue in the middle lane.


• Bear right, toward Interstate 81S / Route 17E.


• The highway becomes four lanes; get into the middle left lane.


• continue about 3 miles


• Take Exit 3, Industrial Park.


• At the traffic light at the bottom of the ramp, go straight.


• At the stop sign, turn right.


• Follow the road as it curves to the left.


• The third driveway on the left is Kirkwood South.

From 81S (Syracuse) to Kirkwood South:

• After Exit 5 the highway becomes four lanes. Move into the left lane.


• Continue on Route 81S.


• Route 17 merges with Interstate 81. Stay in one of the left lanes.


• Continue about 3 miles.


• Take Exit 3, Industrial Park.


• At the traffic light at the bottom of the ramp, go straight.


• At the stop sign, turn right.


• Follow the road as it curves to the left.


• The third driveway on the left is Kirkwood South.

From 17E (Elmira) to Kirkwood South:

• Route 17 merges with Interstate 81 at about Exit 5 (Front Street), get into the middle lane.


• Bear right towards Interstate 81S / Route17E .


• The highway becomes four lanes; get into the middle left lane.


• Continue about 3 miles.


• Take Exit 3, Industrial Park.


• At the traffic light at the bottom of the ramp, go straight.


• At the stop sign, turn right.


• Follow the road as it curves to the left.


• The third driveway on the left is Kirkwood South.

From 81N (Scranton) to Kirkwood South:

• Take Exit 2W, Industrial Park.


• Merge with traffic; stay in the right lane.


• At the first traffic light, turn right onto Colesville Road.


• At the second traffic light turn right.


• Continue to the stop sign, then turn right.


• Follow the curving road; the third driveway on the left is Kirkwood South.

From 17W (New York City) to Kirkwood South:

• Route 17 and Interstate 81 merge outside of Binghamton, bear left and take Exit 75S, Route 11 / Industrial Park.


• You will be on Route 11, continue straight.


• At the first traffic light, turn right onto Colesville Road.


• At the second traffic light turn right.


• Continue to the stop sign, then turn right.


• Follow the curving road; the third driveway on the left is Kirkwood South.
