Product Manager

Position Description
This position will be responsible for Universal's Line Level Software products. The successful candidate will develop and execute product or product enhancement business plans that strategically align with present and future market requirements, ensuring timely product introduction and support. The successful candidate will come from a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics industry. Experience with implementing new programs in manufacturing, manufacturing process improvement, along with new product introduction into manufacturing environments is beneficial. Project Management experience is required and direct people management experience is also a plus.

Minimum Requirements
BS in Engineering or Computer Science with two to five years experience in manufacturing environment, preferable in manufacturing execution software (MES) introduction, support or development for the printed circuit board assembly industry, is required.
